Eli Kalil is a relentless advocate for working families across the state of Ohio. He serves as a legislative aide to State Senator Sean O’Brien and is a staffer for Ohio Democratic Women’s Caucus Chair Kathy DiCristofaro and Ohio Democratic Party Chair David Pepper.
Kalil is also the Deputy-Communications Director for the Ohio Young Democrats and Vice-President of the Ashtabula County Young Democrats.
His main focus remains on improving the quality of life of residents in small towns. He works closely with local officials and community leaders to help advance progressive ideas.
Before his work in the Ohio state legislature, Kalil was a field organizer with the Hillary Clinton campaign. He is currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Applied Communication from Kent State University.
Kalil was born in Ashtabula, Ohio and now resides in Columbus, Ohio.
